2. Rental Application Process

When you submit a rental application through our platform, you authorize the property management company to:

Verify the information you provide, including employment and rental history
Obtain consumer reports, including credit reports and background checks, as separately authorized
Contact your references, employers, and previous landlords

3. Application Fees

Application fees, where applicable, are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application. The fee amount will be clearly disclosed before you submit payment.

4. Accuracy of Information

You certify that all information provided in your application is true, complete, and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of your application, termination of any resulting lease, and potential legal action.

5. Electronic Signatures

By typing your name in the electronic signature field and submitting your application, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on the application.

6. Data Handling

Your personal information, including sensitive data such as Social Security numbers, is encrypted and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

PropsManager provides a technology platform for property management. We are not a party to any lease agreement between you and a property owner/manager. Our liability is limited to the proper functioning of our platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
