- Property, Owner, and Tenant Information: Details about your properties,
owners, and tenants, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses,
lease agreements, and communication logs.
- Financial Information: Rent rolls, invoices, payment records, bank
account details, expenses, and other financial data
related to your properties.
- Maintenance & Operations: Maintenance requests, vendor information,
inspection reports, and other operational data.
1.3. Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Data: We log how you interact with our Services, including
features you use, pages you visit, time spent on pages, and clicks.
- Device and Connection Information: We collect information about the
device you use to access our Services, including your IP address, browser type,
operating system, and device identifiers.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and
similar technologies to operate and improve our Services, analyze usage, and for
marketing purposes. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
2. How We Use
Your Information

We retain your Account Information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable
period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Services. We also retain information

Property Data that you manage in our Services is retained as long as your account is active.
You may delete your Property Data at any time. When you terminate your account, we will
delete your Property Data in accordance with our data deletion schedule, unless legally
prohibited from doing so.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information,
including the right to:
- Access: Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

Note on
Property Data: As the "data controller" for your Property Data, you are
responsible for honoring the data rights of your tenants, owners, and other individuals.
PropsManager provides tools to help you manage and delete this data, but you are ultimately
responsible for complying with data privacy requests from your clients.
7. Children's
Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with
personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
8. International
Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the one you
reside in. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of
your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your information remains
protected when it is transferred.
